caféracer exhaust
Got the exhausts ready and mounted. Fired him up today and started right away. Synchronised the carburators. The only thing left to do is figure out why the brakelight doesn't work.
The café is getting there....
Still need to do some small things and work a little bit on the exhaust this week. The handle bar is just for now. The rest is ready for paint
Caferacer update
Got the frame and parts back from the powder coater and it looks great. Satin black with structure. The seat fits perfect and the gastank is allmost finished and ready for paint.

The rear wheel
Is ready. The frame is also ready and I'm going to pick it up saturday morning. So next week it's assembly time :) The trash bikes from last post are allready sold.
Projects????
My cousin had some motorcycles standing around and asked me if we could use them. So I should pick them up. Today was that day. My thoughts were what the hell, trash, trash and more trash. None of them runs. The suzuki gs is without papers and fucked up by it's previous owner. The ktm gs3 500cc 2stroke is interesting but way to much work and money to make it run and brake decent.

Café racer update
Polished the forks a bit. Sanded the tins and sprayed with filler. Cleaned up the engine and all the small parts. I still have to clean up the wheels and the exhausts. I hope we have the frame back by saturday. Then we can finish off the tank so it fits nice with the seat.
